Psoriasis

• An open label, multi-center study to evaluate the safety of 1.0mg/kg subcutaneously administered efalizumab in adults with plaque psoriasis previously enrolled in ACD2600g.

• Multi-center, double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled study of the safety and efficacy of 12 week treatment with tazarotene 4.5mg capsules once daily followed by a 12 week post treatment period in patients with moderate to very severe plaque psoriasis.
