Heidi Teruya, RN

Back in California after three years’ residence out of state, Heidi Teruya has rejoined our practice to continue the excellent work she did as a laser nurse for seven years under Dr. Tanghetti’s supervision.  Prior to her departure in 2005, Heidi used a variety of lasers to treat patients for unwanted hair, tattoo removal, and photo-rejuvenation.  Heidi has more than twelve years’ experience as a registered nurse in ambulatory surgical care, case management, and public health in hospital and clinical settings.  As a member of our clinical research team investigating the effects of different lasers on various skin conditions, Heidi acquired extensive knowledge about lasers, which she deploys in her patient care.  Welcome back Heidi!  We are excited to have her back on our team!
