Stacy graduated from the Jefferson College of Health Sciences Physician Assistant Program in 2004. She went on to earn her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska in 2006. Stacy has always had a passion for dermatology. She trained alongside dermatology residents while working at the Scott and White Dermatology Clinic in Temple, TX and she has worked in academic, military and private practice settings throughout her career. Stacy completed additional dermatology training to earn diplomate status within the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA) and annually attends SDPA conferences to stay abreast of current trends in dermatology and practice guidelines. She is a fellow member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and the California Academy of Physician Assistants (CAPA). Stacy recently moved back to California from her home state of Virginia.
Outside of the office, Stacy stays busy with her family, which includes a husband, two kids, and an awesome Labrador. She also loves spending time outdoors running, hiking, and traveling. Given that Stacy is an avid foodie, she would welcome any great restaurant recommendations from her patients!
Stacy has noted, “The thing that I really love about dermatology is that you can make someone feel so much better about themselves by helping them with dermatological issues, whether it be disease states or simple changes in their appearance.”
